Welcome to our web site!
We strive to raise high quality Bernese Mountain Dogs and Tibetan Mastiffs that are well socialized, with outstanding temperaments,
as well as a dog that represents the highest standard of their breed. We spare no expense or time to provide our dogs with
a caring, clean environment in hopes of bringing together happy, healthy Bernese and Tibetan with loving families. We don’t
just raise dogs; we hope to bring you your next family member

We breed Bernese Mountain Dogs (BMD), and Tibetan Mastiff's
(TM)with the intention of maintaining the standards for these breeds, and improving upon breed standards. We are located in
St Croix Falls, Wisconsin. At Northstar Acres our breeding program strives to produce BMD/TM and that are beautiful while
still preserving their intelligence, good temperament, and individual abilities of this lovely breed.
All of our adults are AKC registered, and our adults are OFA certified or have prelims done. Our breeding efforts, while limited,
focus on improving our chosen breeds, and working toward the AKC standard by paying close attention to health, structure,
soundness, type, and temperament. We strive to produce beautiful, loyal companions that live long, healthy lives and still
maintain their individual abilities.
Our Bernese Mountain Dogs and Tibetan Mastiff's are family raised that get a lot of individual love and attention. They all
share our home inside, and have a huge yard to play in. Each Northstar Acres puppy begins life in the family room of my home
and stays there until they leave for their new homes. They are handled and socialized daily. They also have their dew claws
removed within three days of birth and are up to date on shots and worming before they leave with their new families.
